Web2ition Design Package Performance Guarantee

Each standard package includes an implementation and design target in business days.  Should Web2ition not complete the project within the stated allowed business days, Web2ition will deduct $50 per day until the project is complete.

The guarantee does not apply to situations or dependencies not under our control such as lack of client access or client responsiveness, unavailable content, photos, logos or images, thrid party delays, etc.

AD2ition Performance Guarantee

Web2ition does not provide specific numerical performance guarantee, however, Web2ition does guarantee complete client satisfaction with the overall AD2ition service and results. 

If a AD2ition client provides email notice of specific AD2ition dissatisfaction, a Web2ition manager will contact the client to understand the concerns and develop specific 30-day performance targets.  If the concerns are not resolved to the client's satisfaction during the 3-day cure period, no questions asked, the client may cancel without penalty, any outstanding bill will be cancelled and half of the previous month's fees will be refunded.

Web2itions CMS Performance Guarantee

Web2itions Content Management System allows a 10-day FREE trial plus a 30-day money-back guarantee for the CMS services.

If a client converts from trial to live status and cancels prior to their billing date for month 2, their payment for month 1 (or any longer period paid) will be refunded in full.
